  1. You have some really fun ideas here! I especially like the idea of adding a water feature- we’ve thought of doing that in the past, but now it is definitely worth a reconsider.

    When you last your wildflowers, do you consider types that overlap to prevent dearth or just go for it? We’re getting into bees, and there are certain times of the year where the pollen and nectar flow kind of ceases before the next batch roll in. I’ve heard clover is a good gap filler for that mid-late summer time frame. What do you think?

      When I plant wildflowers, I spread the seeds as often as I can! I have planted seeds in all 4 seasons and always have a wonderful surprise each year! I plant clover in between garden plantings because it is great for the soil! Then I till it in for the future plantings to reap the benefits!
