It is that time of the year when you need to tidy the garden. Are you having a hard time? Don’t know where to start? It is more than possible for you to make the whole thing easier on yourself. Don’t let this task become such a burden.
One thing that you can do is try and make sure that you set aside a full day so that you can take as much time as you need to get everything sorted out. After you’ve done this, it’s time to make a list of all the things you’d like to do, so that you can use your time in the most efficient way possible.

One thing you can do to make sure that you are getting everything done properly is to use a garden planning software. When you use a garden planning software, you can plan out where you’d like your plants, your pond, your walkway and more. This is a brilliant way for you to tidy up the garden and foresee the end result before it happens.
If you don’t wish to use technology to tidy the garden, then how about paper and pen? Sit down, draw a map of your garden area. Fill in the structures first. Then start adding your ideas of what you want to plant where. From your plot map, you can easily see if there are things you need to buy. There is absolutely nothing worse than having to do everything by hand. It could take you hours. If you want to avoid this then one thing that you can do would be to get a generator. Generators can come in handy to see if the motor on the pond pump is working or to run power tools for projects you may need to do. Cordless tools are great but sometimes the job requires more power. A generator is a big help here. A generator can be as important as choosing the right gardening tools. Thus a generator and the right tools are important when you choose to tidy the garden.
Be Seasonal
When you plant your crops or even your flowers, you have to make sure that you plant crops that are seasonal. You also need to make sure that you do everything you can to plan out what is going to go where as well. This is because some crops will outgrow others and this can lead to you having a pile of dead greenery on your hands. You also need to consider the sunlight, where it hits the garden and if you’d like to have a table and chair set here instead.

Wildlife
Wildlife is a great thing to have in your garden so you need to make sure that you do everything you can to embrace and encourage it. If you do want to attract wildlife then try and have plenty of bird feeders dotted about and also consider bats and other forms of life, such as bees, as well. A compost bin is ideal for this, as it encourages worms and this can attract even more species of birds.
Having wildlife not only benefits the wildlife’s food source but they have positive effects on your garden too! Bees pollinate your flowers and crops. Bats and birds can help in controlling the insect population. You may also want to look into some form of mosquito control too.
